Chiropractor Recommended Exercise – Pelvic Stabilizer

Pelvic Stabilizer / The Bird Dog

A great exercise to strengthen and stabilize the low back and pelvis.  The exercise is simple- extend one arm out in front of you with the opposite leg back.  The hard part is keeping a neutral spine and pelvis- that is, FLAT, with no twisting, no high shoulder or high hip.  May require some help for awhile finding the neutral position.
