Chiropractor Recommended Exercise – Sumo Squats

Sumo Squats

Stand with your feet shoulder width apart, toes pointed 45 degrees out, arms out in front of you.  Drop into a ‘knees wide’ squat, dropping the bum as low as you can.  Do sets of ten.

A great variation of this exercise is to stand about four feet from a wall, throw a medicine ball up against the wall as you come up from the squat, and catch it on the way down!
