Chiropractor Recommended Exercise – The Wall Crawl

Stand with your back to a wall – make sure your bum, your shoulders, and your head are all touching the wall. Place your elbows on the wall and if you can, your forearms and wrists.  Don’t force the movement.  Slowly slide your arms up and down the wall without causing any pain.

This exercise opens up the chest, as we all spend most of our lives hunched.
